A walk of two halves, up to the waterfalls and back and then along the railway track at Cwm Prysor to Llanfar Halt and Bridge, before going across the moor to the stile in the wall and back.

Chris has been in plaster and had a broken rib so not many walks of late. We waked half way to Dumfries and back then went to Galehouse on the Fleet and had another mile walk from the Martyr’s Stone to Wigtown Harbour.
